Introduction of Cookie Policy. This Cookie Policy explains how Youth Spirit Squads, Inc. and its associated brands of Razzle Dazzle and Vogue Athletics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) use cookies and similar technologies. We are committed to providing a safe online environment for the families, coaches, and students who participate in our programs.
-
What Are Cookies? Cookies are small text files placed on your device. They help our website function properly, remember your preferences, and ensure a secure experience. First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by our partners (like Wix or Calendly) to enable features like video players or scheduling calendars.
-
How We Use Cookies. To keep our website safe and easy to navigate for families and schools, we use the following categories of cookies:
-
Strictly Necessary Cookies. These are essential for the website to work. They allow you to move around the site, use secure areas like parent login portals, and complete registration forms for our programs.
-
Functional Cookies. These cookies help our website remember the choices you make, such as your preferred language or your login details, so you don't have to re-enter them every time you visit.
-
Performance and Analytics Cookies. These help us understand how visitors interact with our site by collecting information anonymously. We use this data to see which program pages are most helpful and to fix any technical issues.
-
Marketing and Social Media Cookies. These are used to show parents and coaches relevant updates about upcoming seasons or events. They also allow you to share information from our site to your social media accounts.
-
-
Accessibility & Inclusion. To ensure our programs are available to everyone, we use the AccessPro Accessibility Plugin. This tool may use cookies to remember your specific display preferences (such as high contrast or font size) to make our site easier for you to navigate.
-
Managing Your Cookies & Digital Privacy. We want you to feel in control of your data. You can manage how your browser handles cookies through the following best practices:
-
Adjust Your Browser Settings: Most browsers (like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) allow you to block all cookies or only third-party cookies. Please note that blocking all cookies may prevent you from completing program registrations, accessing student portals, or using the Uniform Shop.
-
Clear Your Cache and Cookies: If you find the website is running slowly or a registration form isn't loading correctly, "clearing your cache" is often the quickest fix. This removes old data that may be conflicting with our site's updated features.
-
Use Private or "Incognito" Browsing: If you want to visit our site without saving your history or cookie data long-term, you can open a private window. This allows the site to function during your session but deletes the cookies once you close the window.
-
Mobile Management: Since many parents register for clinics on the go, remember that your mobile phone has its own cookie settings found within the "Settings" app of your device (under Safari or Chrome).
-
Prefer to stay offline? We understand that some families prefer not to share data online. We are happy to accommodate manual registrations and uniform orders over the phone or in person to ensure your student doesn’t miss out on the season. To start an offline registration, please email us at: maria.RD.VA@youthspiritsquads.org.
-
Accessibility & Inclusion. To ensure our programs are available to everyone, we use the AccessPro Accessibility Plugin. This tool may use cookies to remember your specific display preferences (such as high contrast or font size) to make our site easier for you to navigate.
-

These links are provided as a service and do not imply any endorsement by us of the activities or content of these sites, applications, or services nor any association with their operators.
